Terms and conditions of sale of the website, a website selling the best coffee pods online.  
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to change or updating at any time by Cialdecaffèonline. Sale transactions are regulated by the following General Terms and Conditions.

The prices of the products featured in this website are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs, which will be shown before completion of the order. In case of price disagreement, after an order has been placed by the customer, they will be immediately notified by email or telephone to the customer, who has the right to cancel his order without having to pay any cancellation fee.
Cialdecaffèonline may ask, at its discretion, the consumer and/or customer to confirm the order placed by email.
The customer, after placing an order, declares to have read and understood the information provided during the purchase and, at the same time, accepts all general terms and conditions of sale.
If a product is not in stock or the quantity required exceeds the actual availability, Cialdecaffèonline will notify the customer and inform him of the waiting time required for the order to be fulfilled; if the customer no longer wishes to proceed with his order, once notified of the waiting time required for its completion, Cialdecaffèonline will deduct the amount from the final payment in case it has already been charged.
If you need an invoice, you must explicitly ask for one.

We deliver all over Italy, islands included, within 48/72 hours following the fulfilment of the order, by Express Courier or through our representatives. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are indicated while the order is being placed under “Order handling charge”. These include preparation of the order, shipping and cash on delivery payment. Through the “tracking” service, customers can check, at any time, the delivery status of their order by connecting directly to the courier’s website. If a product is not insured, Cialdecaffèonline does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of the purchased product.
Customers must check the state and suitability of a purchased product once it has been delivered. Any complaint regarding the conformity of a product, or quantity and visual appearance, must be made in writing and sent to Cialdecaffèonline within 10 days after delivery.
With regard to returns, the product must be sent carriage free to our warehouse. If the returned product is serviceable, Cialdecaffèonline will charge the shipping costs to the customer to return the product, as well as an additional € 20 + VAT to cover the costs incurred.
Cialdecaffèonline products have an original Italian warranty provided by the manufacturer under their own terms and conditions, in the manner specified by them, of a further two-year warranty for any lack of conformity, as set out in the Italian Legislative Decree 24/02, or by the warranty specified in the product sheet.
Cialdecaffèonline takes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused by abnormal use of its products.
To use the warranty of the purchased product, customers must contact Cialdecaffèonline’s customer service.
Customer will be charged for the cost of analysis and recovery established by the Authorized Service Centre, and any transport costs, if the defect of the product is not covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Cialdecaffèonline is not responsible for any delays regarding repairs or replacements.
If the product is covered by a warranty that states it can be returned, then the product must be sent back at the customer’s expense, properly wrapped in all its original parts, including the packaging, with its accessories and documentation.
Customers can exercise their right to withdrawal, as stipulated by current legislations, without having to pay any penalty and without the need to specify the reason.
Only customers who did not enter a VAT Reg. No. reference in the order form can exercise this right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product and inform Cialdecaffèonline by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Cialdecaffèonline, Via P.P. Pasolini 4/c, Cerasolo Ausa Coriano (RN), no later than 10 working days from receiving the product, and indicating in the letter a current account number on which to credit the amount due (CIN, ABI, CAB, account number and holder).
These are the terms and conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal:
  • The customer must clearly express his wish to exercise this right in the manner described above.
  • The product has not been used or tampered with in any way, and must be returned with all its accessories in their original packaging (as well as any documentation, manuals and brochures).
  • The times and methods of delivery described above must be complied with.
  • The expenses for the return of the product will be borne by the customer. It being understood that he is also responsible for any risk associated with the intended transport for redelivery.
Damage or tampering not attributable to transport will be assessed during the examination of the product once it has arrived to Cialdecaffèonline’s warehouses. After checking the integrity of the product, Cialdecaffèonline will reimburse the amount already paid by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
The customer will only be refunded the price of the product, within 30 days from returning the goods for which the right to withdrawal has been requested. In this case, the customer will borne the expenses related to the redelivery of the product.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on custom-made products, on products that cannot be shipped due to their characteristic, or perishable products.
